Ford Bronco Heritage Edition

2023 Bronco Heritage Edition Race Red 05

Paying further homage to the original Bronco, Ford has announced new 1966 inspired Heritage and Heritage Limited editions. Both versions offer a nod to the styling of the original Broncos that roamed the U.S. since the mid-sixties. Classic white painted roofs, grilles, and wheels, unique plaid interior, with retro dash trims make this edition stand out as a true throwback to the SUV that started it all.

Retro-Styling Combined With Modern Capability

The Heritage Edition will be based on the Big Bend trim, which includes the 181-hp 1.5-liter EcoBoost engine for the Bronco Sport and the 300-hp 2.3-liter EcoBoost for the full-size Bronco. Shoppers can choose between manual or automatic transmission for both. Heritage Limited versions are based on the Badlands trim package including its 250-hp 2.0-liter EcoBoost on the Bronco Sport and the 330-hp 2.7-liter EcoBoost in the Bronco. Four & two-door models will be available for full-size Bronco’s in either option.

As if the retro-styling wasn’t enough, the Heritage Edition will also include the Sasquatch Package standard. 35-inch tires, electronic-locking front and rear axles, 4.7 final drive ratio, HOSS 2.0 suspension setup with Bilstein Position-Sensitive Dampers all come together to offer an excessively capable off-road performance. There will be no mistaking a Bronco Heritage among the crowd of Wranglers and 4Runners on the trail.

Availability

Ford will only be releasing 1,966 of each model, which means you’ll have to act fast if you want to secure one for yourself. Heritage editions will be available to order later this year, however, those with current Bronco orders will have first dibs.
